This hotel strictly prohibits external food or drinks on the premises due to the presence of insects, local animals, and nature. the hotel does not accept credit cards due to the instability of phone and internet coverage in the area. for your safety the doors are locked from midnight to 6:30 am, the property can neither receive incoming guests nor allow any guests to exit during this time (excluding emergencies), transportation to the hotel from lanquin, our people have your names, they are waiting at the puma gas station where the shuttles stop and as soon as there are about 8 guests our car drives towards the hotel, we offer a free pick-up service from lanquin (between 4pm until the last shuttle arrives) for guests who stay a minimum of 2 nights (q35 per person for those who stay one night). this shuttle service operates only between 4pm until the last shuttle arrives (does not apply to private shuttles). the greengo's truck will be waiting where you arrive — if you have a reservation and are coming on a tourist shuttle, you do not need to notify us of your arrival. if you are arriving by private shuttle or "colectivo" to lanquin, please speak to us in advance. we do not reimburse for any transport that is not organized by us, the return trip to lanquin is q35 per person, we do not recommend taking a night shuttlesplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location close to the pools of Semuc Champey, Walking distance so you can be the first ones there! We sleep in the newest building which was very cozy, comfortable beds, very clean public bathrooms (every time I was there I met someone cleaning), great public areas to relax by the pool or in a hammock, we did the cave tour which was amazing!
Negative: More expensive than what we‘re used to in Guatemala when it comes to food in the restaurant and accommodation.
